NO. Only one meal a day will be delivered per subscription. In order to be convenient for the subscribers and to ensure that they utilise their plans to fullest we have the concept of extended validity dates. For instance, the validity of 5 day plan would be 10 working days and validity of 10 day plan would be 20 working days. Subscribers can plan accordingly.
Order Cutoff time : 6 PM
If payment process completed before 6 PM, your delivery begins from the immediate following the working day(Monday - Friday). Payment made after 6 PM, Meal delivery starts from day after the next.
In order to cancel a subscription, a mail has to be sent to info@dmeal.in requesting for a cancellation. An amount of ₹150 per meal plus delivery charges of ₹40/- along with a cancellation fee of 2% for finance charges will be deducted for the meals consumed and the balance payable will be refunded to the same account within 15 working days.
